33R in floor, and 21R in walls). The homes are built
low into the ground to minimize the number of steps (we
can
even build homes without any steps if you desire). The
landscaping in front, including at least some lawn, is
installed as part of the turn-key package, and maintained
for the residents as part of the long-term lease. Each
home has textured sheetrock on all of its interior walls
(rounded sheetrock corners are available too).
